Naomi Gilon embodies a generation of hybrid artists, merging art, craft, design, and storytelling. She transforms everyday objects into sensitive creatures—hands, bags, shoes—that both fascinate and disrupt our automatisms. Resonating across the worlds of art, fashion, and media, her practice, at once aesthetic and sociological, questions manipulation, fear, and the object as a mirror of our modern condition.
Her collaborations include Marc Jacobs and Han Kjøbenhavn in 2021. More recently, she took part in the group exhibition Modern Craft #2 at the MAD Brussels Museum; in 2021 at Encore Brussels by Alice Gallery for La Femme en fourrure; and in 2024 at Edicola Radetzky, Milan, with The Jewels of the Creature in Golden Armour (Solo Show).
