The artwork Spinning Communion is a powerful reminder of the essential importance of human connection and communal togetherness, especially in a world increasingly shaped by technology and challenged by social division. As our society rapidly embraces digital innovation, this work show us to refeel of the intrinsic value of interpersonal closeness and meaningful bonds of communication. It creates a space where retreat, cohesion, and language mediated through the human being can once again be tangibly experienced. The installation Spinning Communion is an immersive, circular video installation that fuses classical artistic disciplines like performance, video art, digital Art, and spatial installation into a unified endless loop. It delves deeply into the nature of human interaction and approaches the idea of community as a living Gesamtkunstwerk. At its core are people depicted as living sculptures, continuously rotating in 360° a potent symbol of presence, proximity, and the fleeting beauty of life within a larger cosmic cycle, our Solar System. Through the performative act of standing still, a meditative dimension unfolds for both the participants and the audience. In the transformation from subject to art object, a collective process of metamorphosis becomes visible: each individual becomes part of something greater a renewed understanding of community that resonates with our contemporary longing for connection. With each new rotation, with every additional portrait, not only does the installation expand it also organically extends the artistic process itself. Spinning Communion reflects the personal development of the artist and reveals the transformative power of human encounters. Each portrayed individual shapes and evolves the visual language of the work, creating new modes of expression and expanding the vocabulary of togetherness. The portraits, as digital fragments of human experience, are tokenized as NFTs and become modern hieroglyphs carriers of emotional digital Art, sensations, and personal stories. In doing so, a second experiential layer is revealed: viewers, collectors, and participants meet across new platforms in digital spaces that facilitate connection and exchange.Spinning Communion is conceived as a growing, collective artwork a digital ecosystem of human encounters. Through the deliberate integration of technologies such as NFTs, immersive storytelling, and digital art, the piece creates an experiential realm that demonstrates how, especially in an age of disembodiment, a new and intense experience of community becomes possible.
